Anaïs Faure – Founder, Jack of all trades
Anaïs is the creative mind behind our brand, where she blends her love for art and culture. After a decade in South Korea, navigating academic, professional, and creative paths, she’s now working as a multilingual translator while exploring her newfound passion for branding. An art enthusiast and Argentine tango lover, Anaïs founded Piquero Boutique to share the colorful artworks that surrounded her growing up. She firmly believes in the power of art and color to spark creativity. At Piquero Boutique, she carefully designs and curates each collection, managing the day-to-day to bring the brand to life.
EVEZ – Collaborating Artist
EVEZ is the creative brush behind our original artworks. A Latin American artist and global citizen, she’s a graphic designer, painter, and humorist whose work has reached audiences in Argentina, Brazil, Cyprus, Ecuador, Korea, and beyond. Her style features vibrant colors, bold strokes, and powerful imagery, telling stories of difference and uniqueness, empowerment, and life in all its shades. Our signature booby-inspired pieces were born from her unforgettable encounter with the blue-footed piquero during a trip to the Galapagos—a moment that later came alive into her art. As you might have guessed, EVEZ is the artist behind the "home gallery" that ignited Anaïs’s love for art!
Yono Lee – Nudge, Creative collaborator
Yono Lee is a tap dance artist and choreographer based in South Korea, whose creative spark helped plant the seeds for Piquero Boutique. After receiving an original Piquero artwork as a gift, Yono was captivated by its vibrant colors and unique energy—especially the feet! (After all, what does a tap dancer and a booby have in common?) His deep connection with the artwork convinced him of its potential to inspire and led him to encourage Anaïs to find ways to share more of EVEZ’s art with the world. Yono’s enthusiasm and vision have been key in shaping the direction of our brand.
And this is how, after months of brainstorming, planning, painting, and designing, our Piquero is finally ready to meet the world with the launch of our brand—and it comes with a whole world of color, too!
